Talent Development Program
The TNO Talent Development Program (TDP) is the education and development program for new TNO personnel with a maximum of three years’ work experience. The TDP comprises a combination of components that together help to further your personal development. Training, workshops, coaching, intervision and working in various projects and jobs may be part of this TDP.
Training Courses and coaching
Training courses during the first two years give you the opportunity to accelerate your development at TNO. The components of this training program are: Introduction within your own TNO core area, Networking@TNO, Starting in Projects, Customer focus, Personal effectiveness, Extension of customer focus.
TNO considers good coaching important for new personnel and so offers all TDP participants the possibility of internal coaching.
How it works as TDP participant?
To begin with you gather more knowledge by working in various teams and different projects. You start at a function in a department where your interests lie and that best suits you.
